"Horrible, never staying there again?"

Close to Knott's Berry Farm

Please see my other review in detail. I booked multiple rooms on the same day. Long story short nasty rooms at check in (no housekeeper cleaned the room but marked it fine, walked in trash from previous guest, not clean). Second roomed bedbugs, third room flood from bar sink, spilled over onto the counter on to the floor. Waiting on Booking per front desk to see if we can be compensated for the inconvenience. Please read my other review before booking, family or no family stay elsewhere. It can happen at any hotel but this was unacceptable, for anyone. I will more than likely take my rv from here on out.

"Overall, it was not that great but somewhere to sleep, but it was comfortable with air conditioning and nice bed, clean"

The bed and air conditioning were great and the location was really nice close to Knotts Berry Farm.

The upkeep of the facility and the cleanliness of the hotel in general. The rooms were OK.

"The staff was nice but I will not stay here again"

They offer free breakfast when I booked it but when I ask about what time breakfast was the receptionist said that the Breakfast was only for elite members and that we needed to pay 10 dollar extra per person per day so why does it say on booking.com that breakfast is included 🤔

The hotel look like its breaking down i had issue with tv , room card and the bath tube was so dirty my wife didn't even want to shower .

"How is this a Marriott property?!"

What a mess. With having to wait forever at desk for help. Cobwebs and bugs everywhere (fine for the old Tower of Terror). Getting charged a mystery charge on credit card through clueless manager can't find. Yes, how in the heck is this run by Marriott? Supposedly it's gonna be a Springhill Suites. That's ALOT of renovating. How anyone could rate this excellent is beyond me.

"Will never stay here again"

Only how spacious the room was

Nothing was cleaned the tvs did not work showers ran slow water ,toilets not working ,room smells like chemicals ,no extra keys ,no extra pillows , wall and floors dirty and dressers in bad working order ! Bad service for breakfast time
