The room was spacious for 3 people. I like the separate living space (sofa bed) /dining table and beds (2). The hotel was pretty. The staff helpful and kind.

The breakfast was not great but ok for a quick bite. Could really use some more variety. The staff were really helpful and sweet.

Location

The hotel was gross, definitely passed its prime, the covers were coming off of the couch cushions, the floors were separating, the place looks very worn out and the whole place smells like weed.

Upon arrival, the first room we were given had no working lights in the front area of the suite, a strong musty odor, and visible mold in the bathroom. The furniture was corroded and extremely worn. The toilet appeared as if it hadn’t been used or maintained in a very long time—it was heavily corroded and would not flush unless we physically opened the back of the tank. We reported these issues immediately. A staff member attempted to fix the toilet and lights for nearly an hour, butI couldn't fix it This resulted in us having to switch rooms, which became another hour-long ordeal. The second room was slightly better only in that the lights worked. However, the room also had a strong odor, stains on the bedding, and stains on the walls. The condition of the property overall was alarming—many of the window blinds throughout the building were broken or removed entirely, with boards covering door areas. The jacuzzi water was green, the fountains didn't run at all contained old, moldy water, and the property looked neglected and deserted. Even one of the groundskeepers laughed when we mentioned the broken issues and said, “Yes, everything is broken in this hotel.” Breakfast the next morning was also unacceptable. There was almost no variety, only scrambled eggs and bread with nothing to accompany them. To make matters worse, we entered an elevator that didn't work correctly, leaving us stuck for roughly five minutes while it inched its way to the next floor.thwy has a sign on the 3rd floor not to use it but not oh the first floor we got on at😧

Well maintained and clean. The facilities were great.
