The Buena Park Grand Hotel & Suites

It was old and out dated. Breakfast was a big disappointment. Almost no food left minutes into opening up.

The sliding door was broken to the door. Wouldn’t slide closed. Fridge was filled with frozen ice.

El cuarto que nos dieron está con un olor muy feo huele a humedad y empezamos a estornudar la tina del baño moho me dirigí a la recepción en la mañana y le hice saber en la recepción me dijeron que iban a ir a revisar en la mañana cuando nosotros regresamos nunca revisaron nada, ni siquiera tiraron la basura en recepción. En la madrugada del día siguiente nos asignaron otra habitación. La habitación no estaba en buenas condiciones. Tampoco no podíamos abrir la puerta del baño y tuvimos muchos problemas. Tuve que ir a pedir cobijas y sábanas. Me cobraron por una persona extra que era un menor de edad y de todos modos nada más. Haré dos Dueñas en el baño. No recomiendo ese lugar para nada

The toilet didn’t work

It seemed like they were under a lot of maintenance. I believe there were 4 elevators and only 2 were working however one smelt like cigarettes and urine. I would also not recommend to stay here especially during the summer. The AC was terrible and did not get any cooler than 76 degrees Fahrenheit. I had to bring this to their attention multiple times and they claimed to have “fixed it” but like I said it was not cold at all. This was very disappointing especially with how hot the weather was during our stay.

How spacious the rooms are, staff are very friendly and accommodating

Our AC in the first room didn't work, they were unable to get someone to fix it so it was a bit miserably hot. BUT they did get us moved to a different room quickly the second day after they couldnt get someone to fix it. We were still happy with the room & service

Rundown. Broken outlets. No bedding in the room for the pullout bed. Didn’t have my reservation that I had booked through Booking.com
