Everything was excellent 👌

The pool was pack, they should check that every individual in the pool is a guest of the hotel. Because I saw a group of people just walk in the hotel straight to the pool.

No much to like! The management needs to train the staff. The fire alarms went off and no one was able to stop them for about an an hour. We were told to evacuate and then told to return to our room. The room needed maintenance. The sink was cracked and the tub damaged. I expected more of embassy suites. I would NEVER stay there again.

Untrained staff for emergency events. Lack of maintenance in the room.
