Did eat bfast there.

The staff could have been friendlier. And they only cleaned our room once when we stayed two days.

Just the location near the college.

Rooms were not clean and in horrible shape. Fridge didn't work, moldy freezer, 1 remote for 2 tvs, bathroom was just bad. Mold around exhaust fans, glaze around shower peeling, loose LPV, and funky smell, phone in the room didn't work. Multiple outlets in room non functional/broken/safety hazard. No Ac with clogged filter, had to remove to allow airflow. The property grounds were horribly maintained, and security wasn't a concern with multiple exits/entrances locks not functional. Exposed electrical for hot tub and pool furniture all rusted. Staff attitude was ok but definitely lacks customer service, especially when asking about reservations. I was just sent to book online, which the website doesn't work. Definitely would avoid this location.

The staff were polite

The room was DIRTY. Sticky orange soda on the floor , they didn’t even try to mop. The shower was peeling, only one sheet on the bed. It was so bad we left and stayed somewhere else. The deposit was $200 for a place more run down than any motel I’ve ever soon. NEVER again

It was quite

Very dirty elevators where down the whole time and they have us the third floor. We tried checking in a little early but they wanted to charge for it plus a $200 that’s not labeled on the booking. The room floors were stained. The bedroom had a large gum stained. Never got any clean towels or sheets through our three day stay

It was running down no ac and no breakfast was included.

Almost everything 😌 we stayed about 6 months ago it was beautiful, and now it's run down. No ac no elevator. Broken furniture floor Dirty furniture

I booked a nice hotel with breakfast for $120 a night for my daughter’s graduation. I am expecting what i paid for. We got there late from a long drive,was surprised that hotel is OLD. part of the walls are coming out.we are told Aircon is broken and NO breakfast. 😳. Elevator and hallways dirty.It was advertised different from the reality we got.

In poor condition! Very old. Advertisement a lie. Too expensive. You can get a better nice hotel cheaper than what they ate asking for.

Restaurants around the area were nice, Queanna at the front desk was very friendly and had a great attitude.

Rooms had no A/C, dirty carpet, missing drawers, and very run-down looking. Some of the rooms closest to me had boarded up windows, and the place looked haunted. Not very welcoming.
