Vanllee Hotel

Once I arrived to the hotel, they told me that there is no AC and the pool are close I cancelled my reservation in the left.

The property in and around is old. It has a unique style to it. The check in and check out was easy. Deposit is a bit high. Other hotels require a smaller deposit. AC unit in my room was not working at all. Overall the hotel is good for my budget.

Nice comfy suites many amenities feels like home.

The room was nice and comfortable. The staff and manager were great.

There was a full adult diaper on the blind support in the front room, and a mouse in the room

No cleaning and no breakfast and we paid for breakfast.

The maintenance man was the only one who helped us

I didn’t like the dead rat under my bed for 8 days. I didn’t like the roach coming down the wall when. My cousin came over. Very embarrassing. The. We were moved to a room where the shower didn’t work. The sink was clogged. The next room had no microwave. And tv wouldn’t work. And no phone.The staff made my boyfriend walk to 5 different rooms himself. He was gone for over a hour. The room they had us in for a week was nice but when my granddaughter came to visit and her crayon fell underneath the tv entertainment center, and there was a used condom I grabbed with my bare hand. I went to complain and the staff had an attitude with me and said why didn’t I look before? They’re so much more I can say but im literally traumatized from this situation.

The only thing I liked about the hotel was how it looked as you pull up.

They had roaches. They had no AC shitty service waited 45 minutes after check in to be put in a room. On top of that we had 4 people tryna get into our room they don't keep track of who they got in each room.

Location is good, didn't bother w breakfast, wanted to get out of there like a night in jail

The pool and jacuzzi being down was no bueno cuz I wanted to swim. The hotel name is one nobody has heard of. I heard new ownership has taken over I am a hotelier myself and my advice is to just fix all the locks, lights, pool, jacuzzi, restaurant and simple to fix engineering issues and then change the name to something cool like (Covina Hills Luxury Resort) then I think you will be back on your road to success. And play some music in the front lobby w some nice aroma of some kind. It currently feels as quiet as a morgue. Didn't mean to bash ya'll cuz I love that property. I use to live across the street from it and even briefly worked there 40 yrs ago, that's why I care that this place turns around for the better. Visualize an awesome resort and work towards it is my advice. God bless you're efforts!!!!!!! ♥

We had to move room because sewer smelling water was coming out of the wall where the shower is. First day we had breakfast and it was very limited. Second day no breakfast because someone called in the last minute. We have 5 more days to go 😢. Don’t bother with the pool, laundry room or elevator, they are not in operation. Go stay somewhere else
