"Excellent"

Friendly staff. However my kids feet turned black from the carpet; there were French fries under the door curtain when we opened it. Shuttle to the airport was convenient and easy parking at the hotel.

Close to the airport which also provided airport shuttle. We were also able to leave our vehicle while on vacation for a week.

Took a week to get my “incidental fee” taking off. Took it on a Friday and got it back the following week on a Saturday.

"Veterans event "

Long walk to room from elevator. Room over 44th st & mcdowell was noisy. Only 1 cup regular coffee per person. I would have enjoyed another cup. The room is very comfortable but not much time to enjoy it since we checked in late 8:30 pm. The check-in person too animated, not much personality
