Embassy Suites by Hilton Palm Desert

Rosa and Flor provided exceptional service at the morning buffet. They were friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful with our food order. Our room was spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of room for our family. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose to stay here again.

the spot was great it was near everything, atmosphere was calm not too crazy, room was clean, but honestly, we will solely comeback because of Rosa and Flor, those ladies create an amazing omelette. I loved it and cocktail hour was pretty great too. If you’re a breakfast person-definitely pick this place

I remember the days when the customer was given respect, especially when they were talking about getting charged twice for a bill to my dismay. I was shocked when at the front desk, the women that work there not only refused to speak with me about charging me twice for the incidentals bill, but when I asked to speak to the manager because they had charged me and taken the money out of my account already the manager was so rude as to kick me out of the hotel. I do not understand when in my life ever has it been that contesting being charged twice for a bill at a hotel would lead to being kicked out. I had my pets with me and it was absolutely the worst time at a hotel I have ever had times are changing and hotel businesses are the same. There are hotels that are now scamming people out of money and when you refuse to pay the extra charges, they will leave you hanging once you have already checked in and stay the night and kick you out when I proceeded to complain about this they called the police. The police obviously could do nothing to me because I had done nothing wrong, except speak on my rights. The woman at the front desk had gained tattoos all over her neck and looked like she had come out of prison and was speaking to me as if she could speak to me like someone she had been in prison with this kind of behavior was shocking because I was going to a nice hotel that I thought would be a safe place for a single woman to go to, but instead, I found myself being attacked by people that look like they just got out of jail working at the front desk

The room was very clean and comfortable with breakfast and dinner I had a great time staying at the embassy can’t wait to go back

the entire complex was in disrepair and in need of an upgrade. We will not stay again until that happens.

The hotel is dated but clean. The staff professional and friendly. We had an issue with the power outage in the area and although there was no AC for a few hours (we went to the pool) people were upset at the staff and they handle it with professionalism and respect.

Rosa and Flora were very kind and had a great smile. They made a delicious omelette. These kind of employees make me want to return to the embassy suites in Palm Desert. I hope you recognize these two employees.

Overall, had some issues in the room with shower heat and air not working for some time. The highlight of the trip was the complimentary breakfast thanks to the excellent omelette station run by Rosa and Flor.
