Embassy Suites by Hilton Palm Desert

Gloria took great care of me in the morning at breakfast. My omelet was delicious.

We stay for the weekend and the employees are really nice, especially for breakfast Rosa and Flor they are really sweet and kind. We got the complementary drinks and the bartender he is super friendly and the drinks were great. They just have issues with the elevators but whatever.

The hotel was horrible. Smelt bad, elevators all broken but one, no ice machine. The place just needs a total update.

Run down. Many things didn’t work at times. Elevators randomly out, fountain not working, laundry room looked like the dirt and leaves were in there for months. Laundry was out of order. No hot water in our first room. We were moved. No cold water in our second room.

Rosa and Flor at the omelette station are wonderful! Highly recommend them. And give them s good $$$ tip, it's like having a personal chef!

The hospitality and breakfast were nice.

Facility needs updated, looks very worn, had to change rooms as my 1st room smelt like mildew.

Bed was very comfortable. Although I would suggest that they rotate their mattresses, it'll keep the mattress from sinking in where they are most used/laid on.

The bathroom was awful. There was mold all around the bathtub the toilet was stained. The bottom of the door was damaged as if there was a flood in the bathroom that made the bottom of the door expand and look brittle.
