Embassy Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Valley Forge

Germain has been consistently wonderful each time I visit the hotel. I know I am in the great hands when he is checking me into the hotel. I would highly recommend him to anyone who uses Embassy Suites.

We were there last weekend, and I only realized when we got home that I had left a dress on the back of the bathroom door. Called the hotel, and spoke to Maria Pirozzi. She was very concerned and contacted whoever she could to find the dress - which she did! I really appreciate the effort she made in locating it, and immediately sent me an email to fill out a shipping label. A few days later, it arrived in excellent condition. Thank you so much Maria for caring.

The hotel is always clean and smells good ..the pool was not over chlorinated this time so I was able to enjoy the pool.

I didn't like that there was no bacon for breakfast either day.

I was there unexpectedly as my sister had emergency surgery. They made sure to give me a room that would assure the quietest place to rest.

The breakfast was free but the line was out the door and I needed to get back to the hospital. However, had I gone down earlier that may not have been the case.

The stay was very nice. A shout out to Germain, Maria and Ieshia… they were so hospitable and represented the hotel in a fine manner. The reason I took one star off is because of the pool area. The pool area was barren with no chaise lounges. The water was cold and the entire pool area was devoid of any character and was in the need of repair.

Overall, the hotel is great. HOWEVER, If you’re sensitive to fragrances and smell, do not stay here. Each room smelled of Febreze or some perfumed cleaning spray that gave me a headache whenever I was in the room. Everything else is great but it’s not for me.Unfortunately, I will not be staying here in the future.

Have stayed here multiple times and very convenient location for Villanova based events. The staff are quite accommodating and in particular excellent service. However, a couple of areas in need of attention...the pull out sofa bed is like sleeping on metal springs and not capable of getting decent sleep. Small attention to room detail maintenance options not well or proactively managed, paint, caulk etc. The breakfast area is the typical Embassy Suites high carb/fat low nutrition basis, but more if a corporate standard issue than local one. This thankfully is saved by the incredible hospitality and service provided by Nancy and Benny, who makes the best omelet in Philly. Outstanding 5 star service by these two individuals on particular save it. One last piece of advice...offer multiple granola and muesli options and fresh fruit and yogurt in large bowls, low and zero fat options would be ideal. The individual portions disappear fast (likely into pockets) and would be more cost - and ecologically efficient. The Embassy Suites managers reception really needs some wine that is actually drinkable though. There are many low cost Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blancs not that costly that could be a big enhancement. The current white and red options are like sludge...ok, free but easy to enhance without breaking the budget.

Embassy Suites in Valley Forge,Wayne, NJ is our most preferred hotel away from home getaway. My wife and I look forward to the excellent breakfast with a variety of food and condiments to choose from. We always look for Nancy when we visit. She is absolutely amazing! Her smile is contagious and she has a lively spirit. Nancy is warm and friendly and always takes time to greet us. She is super helpful and always hard at work making sure the "breakfast feast" is nothing less than exceptional. We look forward to our visits and we look forward to seeing Nancy. Her ongoing professionalism and courteous mannerisms makes our stay even more enjoyable. Thanks, Nancy, for making us feel like VIP guests.
