Embassy Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Valley Forge

This hotel is a little out dated and temp in hotel itself on the warm side with rooms being hard to temp control cold one day to warm the next. I have stayed at this property for 3 years now because of the breakfast. The chef is excellent. Benny and Nancy put out a fantastic complimentary breakfast.

Nice looking on the outside

No pool (renovating) yet “all public spaces are newly renovated”. Well, not that public place. No corner rooms available even though I put in the request weeks before our trip. No notification and Staff were nasty about it. Elevator in a weird location for where our room was located. Weird layout- not a fan. Looked like an outdoor motel but on the inside. Very cheap looking even with a glass elevator and chandelier. Sheer curtains. You could see right into the rooms if the lights were on. Creepy. Sheer curtains to the outside windows too. Super creepy! Shampoo Bottles literally bolted to the shower. I mean, you can’t afford a complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and lotion? Even the Motel 8 has complimentary bath items. Stingy Restaurant was severely overpriced. I spent $30 on chicken and rice and some hard broccoli stalks. Chicken and rice tasted good but not $30 good! No balcony options. No benches to sit outside.

Maria was amazing !!! The front desk staff member Maria was do great. I've actually already told my company to strictly book here for forthcoming trips to Philly

BB at the front desk was outstanding in doing her job and more. Always friendly, efficient and helpful BB made our stay more personal. About 1/2 hour after checking out , I realized that I had left a favorite scarf in our room. We drove back and BB immediately took us up to the room and retrieved it from the maid who had cleaned our room already and had saved it in a plastic bag. Our inclusive breakfast included excellent made to order omelettes and a full range of other breakfast standards. Definitely the best hotel breakfast we have ever had.

The set up was good. We were comfortable and had a great sleep. Breakfast was also very good.

Everything was just perfect. The welcome we received from María at the Front Desk was incredible. She took care of every detail to ensure we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The rooms were impeccable; the breakfast was varied and abundant each day; the bar was very pleasant; and the restaurant’s food was exquisite — I will miss their ravioli! I am truly very grateful to the entire crew, you are awesome!!

As a long standing g Hilton Diamond member I’ve had to opportunity to stay at many wonderful properties and I have to say that the Embassy Suite s in Valley forge is one of my favorites not only is it a great central location but they always go above and beyond to make me feel special!!! Special Shout out to Maria at the front desk for always being so professional and welcomihg!! Ed Sereditch
