My favorite place to stay when I travel to PA for work—I keep coming back for a reason 🙂 The suites are super spacious, with lots of bright mirrors (always a win!), and the bathrooms are just as roomy. Everything feels clean and well taken care of, from the linens to the appliances, and I really appreciate the little things like extra coffee pods always being available. The staff is genuinely warm and welcoming, and the included breakfast has great options every time. I also love the overall vibe—no noise, just a calm and comfortable atmosphere. And the Cool River restaurant is such a bonus… really delicious food without even having to leave. The location is perfect too, close to King of Prussia mall and tons of great restaurants. I’ve stayed here multiple times and already look forward to the next visit. Great job, guys!

1. mac n cheese I ordered for my daughter had pieces of latex gloves in it. 2. The listing stated it was a suite with a pull out couch, all we had was a king bed. 3. My daughter was sick the next day when we woke up and I was not allowed to bring food up to her (Its a hotel, what do you do with plates from room service). 4. We were there for a soccer tournament, my daughters teams stayed at the Hampton and I chose Embassy for a better experience and received far from that. Not impressed.

We stayed May 22-24 2026 for a soccer tournament. The hotel was full capacity with the majority being youth soccer teams and families. Pros: *Plenty of on-site parking *Located right off the highway *Friendly staff *Lots of room for hanging out and a larger bar area with seating *Evening reception with snacks and 2 free drinks. *Complimentary breakfast with made to order omelets *THE WINE WALL 👌🏻 Cons: *Pet friendly hotel. Our room (138) smelled like wet dog. They did deodorize when we asked and it was better. But the smell creeps back in. The rooms are okay. Comfy beds and even the pullouts aren’t bad. *Bathroom is tight and needs updating. *Bar service was VERY slow and there was no organization during the evening reception hours. Other Embassy Suites typically have a line for ordering drinks. This was unorganized. One person would wait 15 minutes while another guy walks up on the side and gets a drink faster. *Only 1 washer and dryer for a large hotel. *The hotel was loud and can only be described as mayhem with all those kids and families. Noise and kids wandering around is to be expected. The parents let their kids run rampant. Things were tossed over the upper balcony. Kids were running and clogging up the elevators. And screaming! The hotel staff didn’t seem equipped to handle it. *They don’t like you hanging out in social spaces past 10pm. The staff stares and walks around making you feel uncomfortable. And it was just a few adults chatting. Overall a decent stay. Especially for sports groups. A few issues they can work out to warrant 4+ stars from guests.

A bit busy and noisy with so many soccer kids (100+)coming for tournament all weekend became a bit of a crazy town

The staff at the front desk were courteous and accomodating. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The facilities were pretty

Pool closed for renovations for 3 YEARS??!!! When I booked, I did not see anything about the pool being closed. Also renovations were going on when we arrived at our hotel room. Banging for hours. Not acceptable. Requested more bedding (bedding for pull out couch very scant/unacceptable. No bedding or towels arrived despite calling for them. Had to go downstairs upon returning to our room late at night for the requested bedding that did not arrive.
