I’ve stayed at 20plus embassy suites in my life. The breakfast was the worst ever. The facilities and lack of pool for an enbassy suites is unheard of…. When the front desk asked me if I wanted to find somewhere else to stay before checking in, I should’ve taken her up on that offer. I will NEVER stay at this embassy suites again

I stay here most weeks at least one night. I stay for work and have tried six other hotels in area. Embassy Suites is tops in following areas: - cleanliness. This is most important to me. Need to feel cleaning staff is top notch. - front desk. I travel a lot for work. It means a lot to be recognized at check in and check out. The front desk staff are gems. Germain in the evening and Maria in the morning. You feel recognized and appreciated. - dining/bar. I often just eat at hotel as I am tired after long work days. Christina at the restaurant is phenomenal. She balances all of her customers with a smile and is hugely capable. Bryce and May back her up beautifully. The menu is great. Can have a salad, a chicken sandwich with fries or even an outstanding baked potato. At breakfast, EVERYONE welcomes guests and provides an excellent breakfast to order if desired. An all around excellent experience.
