"Doesn’t feel like a marriot property"

Stayed here for more than two weeks, while the cost here is not less, their service and staff leave a lot to be desired. Especially the managers, they have seriously bad attitude and seem not to realise that they are here for the customers and not vice versa. Wonder if Marriot has changed their policies… The kitchen staff is an exception, always cheerful and welcoming everyone at breakfast. Although the breakfast time could be extended to 9.30 am every day from 9 am. I think the Marriot central leadership should look into this as the managers here seem to be working against the Marriot image.

spacious room

many things were broken, the window frame fell off in hand when tried to open it, the sink began holding water as soon as it was turned on and held water until the next day, beds and pillows uncomfortable

It was a little far away from the beach not walking distance like it was posted
