Staff is very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast room is nice and good choices.

Plumbing in my loft room,upstairs bathroom, no toilet paper and water was extremely hot in shower unable to use and downstairs tube the texture was very rough and very so to drain..and disable room not so wheelchair friendly. Sliding door hard to open .

Great location for visiting family at two separate locations, close to a wide variety of ethnic restaurants with shopping center nearby. Good beds. Kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, dishware, etc. Very responsive staff: for example, when the battery went out in the main TV remote, a team member came immediately to replace it.

Property needs an update. No elevator, so our upper-level 2-bedroom unit with loft entailed lots of stairs.

Breakfast was decent, prices were great, location was great.

It was a nice stay, some items may be improved, such as one restroom shower only had hot water, no light on a corner room at night for stairs, one freezer ice machine did not work. Onecook pan had previous occupants drippings from food.
