Residence Inn by Marriott San Jose Campbell

Breakfast was terrible! Microwave would have help to warm your food, the syrup and butter was cold which resulted in butter not spreading due to being stored in fridge. Included some “no sugar” drinks and some fruit and bread selections And trash can overflow/ need to be emptied

Feel’s homely, has a washer and dryer

It was hot no ac no way to prop open a window it was like you were cooking in the room super stuffy and there was nothing the staff could do about it had to work the next day and had no sleep because the AC didn’t work and the windows don’t allow you to open them. No air flow

Location was convenient

The carpet was filthy. Wouldn’t walk barefooted and without shoes on. The maintenance team needs a job review. The place needs basic maintenance! I requested room service and never received it. Had to go get fresh towels.

Not sure I understand the negative reviews unless people just have some sort of vendetta against Marriott because this is a very pleasant property My room was exceptional, clean and very comfortable with a nice bed,good shower.kitchen had everything necessary and the property was very quiet. Staff was pleasant and the maids do a great job of making the rooms presentable. I was pleasantly surprised.

Well, if I was using the pool, I would be disappointed. It’s very small.

Convenient

The rooms are not well-maintained. The faucet dripped constantly in the shower/tub and the refrigerator was so loud that it was hard to fall asleep.
