Nivis Avis

Everything was perfect! It’s a clean and beautiful apartment, all the necessary things are there. Great localization, only few minutes from the sea and the town centre. The host is so nice and helpful!

The apartment is very nice. It is in an old traditional house and is very comfortable. There is one room with double bed and a common place (quite large one) with kitchen facilities and a sofa. It was very clean and we had all that we needed. The host has also left some coffee for us. The apartmert is localed 2 min from via Roma and 5 min from the Old town - very, very good location. The parking is on the street, free of charge if you park within the yellow lines. It was very easy for us to find a parking place even late in the evening. Have in mind that the streets are very narrow. The host met us in person (even though we arrived quite late) and explained us what we can see in the town and region. He was very nice and shared the contacts of a person who does boat trips - it was very easy for us to organise the boat trip in this way and we do recommend this boat trip. The apartment was an excellent choice and we do recommend it.

We loved staying at Nivis Avis. It was in a fabulous location, walking distance to everything. Modesto was the perfect host and went out of his way to help us, even picking us up from the train station with all our luggage. He also gave us a map and information on restaurants. The apartment is clean, secure and comfortable on the street level and has everything in it you need. The bathroom is large and has a great shower. Thank you Modesto.

Hosts were nice. Location was great. Easy to walk to everything. Allcomforts of home were available.

Th bed could have been more comfy. Maybe a mattress topper.

the studio was nicely decorated and very clean. Nicolette was very nice to deal with.

the bed wasn’t very comfortable. the shower didn’t drain properly.

The owner greeted us on arrival, also helped us locate a parking spot for our car. The apartment was in a great position

If there was a washing machine, the apartment would be perfect.
