Ausgezeichnetes, sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal, besonders Concierge Oliver und Kellner Slawa. Außergewöhnliche großes Frühstücksbuffet mit ständig frischen Portionen. Nette kleine Bar/Restaurant mit guter Küche. Außenbestuhlung auf Gartenterrasse. Alles sehr gepflegt!

Zimmer und Einrichtung veraltet und etwas sparsam, aber noch ausreichend möbliert. Kleines Bad. Duschbadewanne.

Very clean and quiet neighbourhood. It’s also close to a metro station (<5 min walk) which is only a few short stops from central Stockholm. The station nearby (Tekniska högskolan) is also one of the 5 stations worth taking pictures of in Stockholm; this one has a scientific theme. The breakfast was amazing; we looked forward to it every morning. Room was nice with all the basic amenities (although irons only provided in the ironing room downstairs). Would have preferred a double bed, rather than too singles that separated at the slightest turn, but I didn’t request this at reception; so my fault. Staff were also fantastic, everyone we encountered was really friendly and / or helpful. We would definitely stay here again, it’s close enough to central Stockholm but far enough to have a peaceful experience too.

The key cards aren’t great quality, we had to keep going to reception to get them to recoded to access our rooms. A few other guests had the same issue, apparently the cards next to our phones in pockets demagnetises it. The showers needs an upgrade, the bathroom floor floods easily because of the lack of shower door.

Stor eloge till en tjej i receptionen som glorde allt för att rätta till problemen medans en annan inte ville hjälpa alls.

Service vid telefonsamtal pga av fel på bil på väg till hotell där avbokning eller ombokning var omöjligt av både hotell men främst booking.com. Blir skickad fram och tillbaka mellan dessa och sen inget svar eller återkoppling. Sen ett rum bredvid hissschakt vilket störde nattsömn så byte av rum var nödvändigt
