Reception was open and they had contacted us prior to arrival to confirm timing. staff were friendly and helpful despite the miss communication on the number of beds.

Facilities could definitely do with a refresh. Shower ran out of water and while functional it really needs a proper shower head. spa bath jets were full of rust and needed a clean out.

Nice property with good rooms, comfortable beds close to beach and town but unfortunately there were bed bugs that bit my child during the night and wifi was not working for more than 24 hours.

The property is a great size, in a good location and has lovely staff. It’s great value and the beach is nearby with other resorts you can visit if you want a day at the beach too. The night market is only 15 minutes walk, but there are loads of taxis too.

True value for your money. My family and I did a last minute booking, so we probably paid a higher rate, yet it was still reasonable, and the accommodations exceeded our expectations based on the star rating of this place. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet, and it had amenities for a pleasant stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the locations is a couple of minutes from the beach, restaurants, and shops, but in a very quiet street. We stayed 4 days, and we absolutely loved it. In addition to the convenience of the location, it is a short taxi or tuk tuk ride from the national park.

There is mosquitos outside the rooms, but it is not too bad, so come prepared with repellent if you are sensitive to bites; nothing significant really.

Good location and close to the beach. Bit of walking for most restaurants, but Jade restaurant just down the road was actually some of the cheapest/best food we had!

Bathroom was dark and sometimes foul smelling like poor drainage. Key card for door didn’t work well, but they gave us an actual key instead.

We paid a premium to stay in a room with a spa bath. On arrival the spa bath didn't work. We were told it couldn't be fixed until the next day. It was already 7.30pm on the 1st night of a short weekend break and we wanted to use the spa bath that night. They took us to a 2nd room. We waited whilst they cleaned it, filled up the spa bath and it didn't work. We spoke to the manager based in Bangkok and he agreed to give us a full refund but said we would have to get it from Booking.com. We paid for a new hotel nearby with a functioning spa bath. We have still not received our refund nearly 2 weeks later. The property's only response is for me to speak to booking.com who say they cannot contact the hotel and therefore can't give me a full refund.
