Villa Chaya

The staff were very friendly extremely helpful and attentive nothing was too much trouble. The room we stayed in was immaculate very clean

There nothing major to highlight except small things like. Hair dryer is missing

It was a beautiful building, rooms were lovely and clean and very comfortable. We had a kettle and fridge, TV microwave and large balcony with table and chairs. The owners spoke little English but we are very friendly hard-working and nice. A cooked breakfast was served just two minutes opposite the road and was yummy. We were the only family staying, so it was like having a luxury villa all to ourselves ! The pool was very clean.

It was only once we had checked out we were told that the water was free so this was a shame as we had brought water all Holiday.

Very poor communication with reception. Paid for breakfast, but no known breakfast services. Front desk didn’t even advise until checkout.

Quiet spot, close to beach and restaurants. Family friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

Attention to detail missing: sand and gravel at bottom of pool/steps needs suction, beds a little hard, pillows a little soft, water not always replenished, coffee cups not returned after washing

The pool was nice and cool. The family room was very spacious. The hosts were lovely and helpful.

The beds were very hard and water not very hot. The location was not the best, access to beach was a fair walk. Breakfast was not good or on site. It was not the best value for money.

Villa Chaya is near a crowded area with many restaurants and bars. The room was spacious with one big bed in the main room and 2 small beds in the adjoining room. The sea is just 300m away, but for the beach you have to walk 500m further.

One night we had a blackout in the room short after midnight and nobody was there to help. The room smelled a little moldy.
