スタッフさんの対応も良くとても快適に過ごせました。

お部屋が少し埃が多かった箇所が気になりました。夕食時の担当の方が新人さんだったんだと思いますがお食事の不明点等を質問して分からないのは仕方がないのですがその後、確認するなりして、回答するのがサービスだと思います。朝食時のスタッフさんはとても、気持ちよく接客していただいたので今後はあのように成長してほしいと思います。 駐車場は屋根付き等に改善すべきだと思います。出発にする時にびっくりするぐらい汚れてました。土地柄、汚れると思うのでぜひ改善していただきたいと思います。

お部屋に屋根のある広めの露天風呂がついているので大風呂に行かなくても楽しめます。 レストランは、ボックス関は高めの仕切りで隣が見えなく、窓に面したカウンター席はゆったりと取られ違うグループとやはり高めの仕切りがあるので安心です。 スタッフのホスピタリティもとても良く、お料理もたっぷりで美味、お部屋も広く設備が至れりつくせりで何もかも最高でした。

少しミスもありましたが、それをカバーするフォローがあったのでトータルでとても良かったです。

It is easy to rate this hotel as good under many categories with a 7 out of 10. However, there are faults and whilst the meals are mainly pleasing for the adults, the same cannot be said for children. The B/f and dinner options were limited and most requests my 2 children had could not be fully met. I'd like to see as much effort being put in to satisfy the children as is clearly being put in to satisfying the adults. Furthermore, if you order a glass of wine with dinner you just might be a bit surprised as to how much volume you receive ! Shockingly small ! I was also served the dregs from a bottle of wine - I complained and it was changed. However, this should NEVER have happened !!! Finally, at b/f on my final day my child found an eye lash in her 'Natto dish'. I brought it to the attention of the server and it was changed with an apology, but again considering the level of hotel this should NEVER have happened.

部屋も食事もサービスも満足。季節が変わったらもう一度訪れたいホテルです。

お部屋からもロビーからも富士山が綺麗に見えました。お部屋の半露天風呂も気持ちよく、室内からも外からも目隠し可能でとても良かったです。お食事も大変美味しく久しぶりの温泉を堪能出来ました。お部屋のデザインも椅子やテーブル一つ一つがおしゃれで素敵でした。

とても快適でした。富士山や河口湖の花火も綺麗に見れました。

很好的景色，住宿晚歺很好。交通略為不便。
