"Exceptional"

Very custom oriented. e.g using pictures to tell you which switch controls which light. It’d be better if there are other TV channels like BBC, CNN, SKY etc

"Wonderful hotel with onsen and delicious food"

This was probably one of the most thoughtfully laid out hotels I've stayed at. The service and food were top notch, the suite was exquisite, with a commanding view of Mt. Fuju (once the clouds parted). The in room onsen bath was lovely, as were the high quality room amenities. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Japan.
