Excellent séjour dans cet appartement petit mais tout neuf, parfaitement aménagé avec confort, propreté et un équipement bien pensé. Cuisine avec réfrigérateur et congélateur, plaque, four micro-onde. Lave-linge et sèche-linge de très bonne qualité en libre-service. Appartement bien situé à proximité de nombreuses lignes de bus.

Esccelente todo, desde la atención el primer dia en las oficitas hasta todo lo que tiene que ver con el departamento.

Bad luck for us, there was a cockroach in the fridge and we needed to use the fridge. The check in place is not in the hotel which is not very convenient. If you are satying for a short time in Kyoto, then, you will prefer to save the travel time to the check in place. The staff only care about the tax that you need to pay during check in and they only accept cash.

Good location near places of interest - walking distance, mostly 30-45 mins walk to places of interest. However it is quite a distance to get to the Kyoto station. The registration area provides a free transfer to accommodation- which is helpful. Near the river which is also a beautiful area for stroll and sit and enjoy the scenery.

We love the room that we booked in Resi Stay Brix. rm 701. It was large, clean and complete with all the amenities that you need for a 7 day stay. Others will find the location far from the station but since we love walking, 15min walk to the main Kyoto station was good exercise and also 15-20min walk to other places and if you are tired, taxi isn't too expensive as most areas are only 5-7min away. I would stay here again especially if you are with family! The only thing is that there is no cleaning service for the duration of your stay so you'll have to keep the room tidy and you have to throw your own trash. But they give you ample towels etc so you don't have to call to change.

是新蓋的建築房間很舒適, 每個床位都有電源插座及USB插孔, 廚房用具很新, 浴室掛勾夠不會沒地方放衣服, 一樓有免費自助洗衣機, 功能齊全. 旁邊有超商但是要生鮮超市就要走10分鐘才會到. 離清水五條電鐵走路5分鐘到.

Please select it. We were there at first in check in center. People is very kind and bring us by shuttle to Hotel from Kyoto station (checking center). Apartment has washing and dry machines for free. Room was very clean has Netflix ^^ on Smart TV. We enjoyed using small kitchen as well. Typically it is very quiet but 5-10min can be reached market and subway. It was best choice for my holiday.

Stylish property in good location between downtown and station areas. Good size apartment with good facilities. Plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby

Me gustó muchísimo, precio calidad es una muy buena opción para visitar Kyoto. Altamente recomendable. Muy buena ubicación y unas instalaciones perfectas
