Great place - everything you need and close to the metro
Very clean, around 10min walk to the jr station. Easy to find food and drink. Very clean , gd shampoo , good air conditioner, and it has shuttle car to take u from the place u check in. The room very big. Tv channel seem just have Japanese channel.

We (family of four) was pleasantly surprised when we arrived: a spacious apartment with 2 double beds, a sofa bed, and a small but fully equipped kitchen. Very nice interior design. Before we arrived, we forgot that Check-In (near the train station!) is only open until 8pm, so they actually called me on my cell phone right before closing and deposited the room key in a locker. All that worked flawlessly. I am so thankful they called me! The apartment was clean. Tiny bath but fully functional. Nice location in Kawaramachi. Would definitely book with Resi Stay again.
We loved our stay at resi stay brix. Room was spacious, clean and nicely put together. Decor was nice and room had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the location was ok. About a 15 minute walk to nearest train station but walk was nice. We didn't use the shuttle service when we checked in because we would have had to wait ~40 mins before the next one would come so we walked to our hotel. Check in was easy. Everything great for this price!!!
Gostei muito do quarto em que fiquei, limpo, razoavelmente grande para três. Bem localizado, próximo a grandes avenidas que levam para todos os principais pontos. Muito fácil, de ir ao centro, a estação, aos principais templos.
Excelente! Ubicación, instalación, recepción, limpieza, inmobiliario muy buen estado. Muy buena opción.
