Hotel Spatio Kobuchisawa

いつも、スタッフが気持ち良く迎えてくれます❗️宿泊者だけが入れる温泉もとてもキレイで気持ち良いです❗️施設の並びに道の駅やレストランがあって楽しいです❗️

There are a lot of clutter in the hotel lobby, which makes it feel messy. The hotel looks a bit old, though it is clean. I arrived at the hotel after 10 o'clock at night. When I entered the door, I couldn't see the check-in counter. I went to a counter on the right. There was a card showing “ 百名湯認定証 ”, and add water room “加湯室” was behind the counter. I was about to search everywhere I could in the hotel, when suddenly I saw a man at the far end of the left side, so I chased after him and asked if he was a hotel staff. It turned out that the checkin counter was on the left, and I turned the wrong direction and went to the right. I was indeed frightened at that time when I couldn’t see anybody. Checkin was smooth with the help of the staff. If I haven’t been to the wrong direction, everything would be fine. The breakfast is delicious, and it is a semi-self-service style. Milk, rice, miso soup, bread, tea, etc. are all available for self-service. The mountain view from the restaurant is great.

スタッフの対応が、素晴らしかった。

ファミリーが少ない時期で、一人旅の方が多く混んでなく、気温も良く、でも紅葉は10月後半との事、後やはり雨になり残念、スパティオ周辺は色々あるので、今回は歩き回りました。車道から奥に入り、馬術競技場周りの森を歩けて良かったです。熊はいないし栗と松ぼっくりをたくさん拾って馬を沢山見ました。乗ったし。あと温泉も空いているし。部屋は天井高く広く、窓の外は庭木が生い茂り。10／13がホースショーとの事、この頃が良かったかも。紅葉始まりかもで。

ネットで朝食付きで申し込んだつもりでしたが素泊まりでした。 ネット予約しましたが、確認メールが届かず、前日にホテルに確認の電話をしました。 到着したのが20時過ぎで、夕食をとったら大浴場が22時までだったので入れず残念でした。もう少し遅くまで開いていたら、と思いました。

白州蒸留所に近くて良い

宿泊者専用の浴場「あかまつの湯」が、こじんまりながらも良い湯でした。 部屋も広く清潔で、安心して泊まれました。

室内に虫がいた。

良かったです。ただ虫除けがあればなお良かったと思います。

フロントの方の話し方がちょっと感じが悪かった 部屋は広々して良かったのですが照明が暗い。 天井が高いのにダウンライトが二個ではちょっと足りない。 冷蔵庫のミネラルウォーターのサービスは良かった。
