フロントの対応はとても良い。 すぐ隣に道の駅、ホテル内に中華レストランがあり、味も美味です。1階にあるお食事処は内容の割には値段が高い。隣にあるパワースポット温泉に無料利用できる。宿泊者専用の温泉もあります。 レイトチェックインでしたが快く対応頂けました。 乗馬で小淵沢に頻繁に行くので、これからも利用したいと考えています。
