I been living in this hotel back in 2019, loved it. Now, not so much.

When I arrived my room, there was a big cockroach waiting for me at the kitchen. Yes I'm in ph, no problem so far. Then it was shower time. No water, when I got water no shampoo. You need to buy shampoo in the reception why not inform about this? Then I like to lock my things up like wallet and passport in the safe, well safe not working. And the next day the lady in the reception told me that I broke the safe and need to pay 4000 pesos. Lucky for me we sorted that out. And bed... well it's another story. I know it's a cheap hotel and it is what it is. But hello! Sorry never again this hotel. I booked 2 nights. I checked out after one...
