Our stay at REDDOORZ Hotel near Walking Street in Pampanga was nothing short of disappointing. Despite choosing this hotel for its affordability, the experience left much to be desired. The staff were far from accommodating, and their strict policy of charging us a minimum of 250 to 500 pesos for even a small makeup stain on a towel was unreasonable. Then WE HAD TO LAUNDRY IT IF WE WILL NOT PAY THE STAIN FEE. To add to the frustration, there were no toiletries, toothbrushes, soap, or shampoo provided in the room. The absence of a remote for the AC was inconvenient, and we had to rely on sharing one with other rooms. The overall cleanliness of the room, especially the comfort room, was far from acceptable. I would strongly advise against staying here.

You can bring a guest or friend despite what it says in the policies, but honestly anything else would be beside the point. There are some cute cats relaxing around the building.

Leather beds feels sweaty, hard and uncomfortable, the leather is also broken at some seams. There is no soap or shampoo. Barely any space to sit at toilet. Some cockroaches. Blanket is thin. Most rooms are next to a very loud rooftop bar (admittedly their playlist was good) so its difficult to sleep unless you come back late and drunk, unfortunately I was ill on one day.

The bathroom and the shower curtain was old and dirty, it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. I felt so uncomfortable taking a shower that I tiptoed the whole time. The toilet won’t flush well. The bed was lumpy, I could feel the innerspring when I lie down. I also didn’t see any security guard in the hotel. I couldn’t sleep the whole night as the room was very uncomfortable, it was different from the pictures they posted on the website. I hope you improve the facilities in your hotel.

there is a ghost inside my room 111 sitting on my bed…and also I saw long strand hair on my bed. I wonder if they really clean the room before they check in the guest. worst thing happened I was sleeping when i heard very loud voice outside like arguing with other staff (staff painting the wall) .
