SEAFRONT LUX APART inc POOL, Upmarket Area

The location was great and the pool area was lovely. Very big size.

There was a lot of construction. We had a baby and it started early in the morning and didn’t stop until evening. It felt like it was in our room. We couldn’t sleep. There was also a window in the main ensuite bedroom and it was extremely noisy with construction happening in the shoot. Very distruptive. We had to buy a noise machine to help us sleep however even with this it proved very difficult. The kitchen and sitting room also had a lot of ants with an old bin under the sink which we only noticed on leaving.

Obiekt jest naprawdę duży i bardzo dobrze wyposażony.

Łóżka / materacy nadają się do wymiany. W sypialniach przy oknie są krzaki i miliony komarów - przydałyby się moskitiery żeby móc otwierać okna.

The apartment was spacious and well appointed. The location was excellent.

I wish the apartment was on a higher floor.

Appartamento veramente spazioso, noi eravamo in quattro in un appartamento con due camere matrimoniali e una doppia, 3 bagni. Arredi e struttura nuovi. Interessante vista sul mare dal ampio balcone abitabile. Il personale è disponibile per il servizio navetta da e per l'aeroporto... Ma a prezzi più alti dell'onnipresente Bold. In generale posizione ottima in un complesso nuovo. Per me è da consigliare se avete idea di andare a Malta.

La cauzione su eventuali danni ma è comprensibile per un appartamento del genere...

The property was located near to restaurants, buses and ferries.

The property was advertised as having three bathrooms which was not true, there was one ensuite bath and one communal bathroom plus a separate toilet. Cockroaches were found in the utility room where there was a washing machine but no instructions. One set of towels had to last us eleven days. The settee's and beds were very low to the floor and very difficult to access. Only one key on arrival. Faced north-east so very little sun. Lounge cabinet damaged, fridge light hanging loose, bed slat broken. Some light switches and electrical sockets worked but some did not, the ceiling light in the lounge flickered continuously even though turned off indicating electrical problems.
