Hot tub was so hot you couldn't stay in it. We were advised the wrong pump was installed so it kept pouring in hot water and would not turn.

Wouldn't know did not honor my booking.

Had a bad experience arrived at property had confirmation and everything told me it was on booking.com that they had no idea I was staying with them showed proof and they still had no more rooms left to a accommodate me and my family that travel from hours away even with the confirmation info her name was kat she was very rude to me and nasty attitude I was so upset and I had already been driving hours will never use this app or this hotel ever again .

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfy.

We picked this hotel because they had a hot tub and my husband has a bad back and he wanted to just soak in it and have the jets soothe his back. And apparently they just had it fixed but the jets were barely going. Which I know is not their fault whoever worked on it needs to come back and fix it right. The temperature was perfect. Just no jets.
