The hot tub not having jets working properly but was still hot and usable

It was clean and I liked the welcome on the TV

Only enough towels washcloths for 2 people and no extra blankets when there were 3 people not 2 and my granddaughter had to sleep on a chaise lounge because the changed our booking to a king size bed.

The room was clean and the check in staff was great.

On the second day there was no breakfast sitting out some people waited 30 minutes prior to us coming in and the staff on duty were very rude

Excellent staff, breakfast was great, clean hallways and room..Beds were comfortable, blackout drapes were great !!

Issue with attempting to check in on line. Found it a little strange that microwave was not in room but down hall by elevator..

Cleanliness

No microwave in room. Lack of vending machines

Curtqains did not close in theed room. Breakdast was garbage.

Rooms were roomy and clean, plenty of room for our whole Family. Most of the staff was nice and helpful.

One of your staff members was very rude to us. When we asked for a broom to sweep up some eggs my 11month grand daughter knocked on the floor while eating. We did not want it getting smashed into the carpet. I was told there is no housekeeping on staff due to Christmas so I would have to basically leave it to get trampled into the floor or figure something out cause he had more important things to do like walk around on his phone.

Incredibly comfortable bed. Very clean and pleading staff. And checking up on me was a pleasant surprise.

Just minor, but not microwave in the suite.
