Hampton Inn Mount Pleasant

All was well I liked it especially the hospitality was good , customer care was awesome l really liked breakfast it was good and l honestly enjoyed everything especially the pool experience and was great .

Location to the venue.

The bed was okay. Kind of too firm for my liking.

The facilities and staff are great.

The price was a bit higher than expected, and the iron in the room didn't work, there weren't any extras in the facility so I had to go buy my own iron.

The location was great staff was nice. The rooms had a nice setup with the furniture.

The shower was very dirty and you could plainly see a giant, seriously giant glob of hair and scum inside the drain. The shower floors were stained all over which could easily be taken care of with a magic eraser and the metal and glass was covered in soap scum. I have photos to prove this as well. The Bed was quite literally the worst bed I've ever slept in. It felt like sleeping on a carpeted floor if the floor was concrete. The barn door on the bathroom is absurd beyond comprehension it doesn't lock and you can hear everything someone is doing in there. Zero privacy. I really can't comprehend how someone thought a barn door on a bathroom was acceptable.

The breakfast was good 😊

The people were very nice

The pool was hotter then the hot tub. The toilet wouldn’t stop running.. the bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut. The breakfast was cold
