Great location, clean modern apartment with smart tv

Some hangers in the bathrooms n toilets would be great. A little inconvenient at night that the bedrooms were upstairs and the toilets were downstairs. Provision of some coffee and tea would have good

Location, Space

No extra bed sheets. The mattress and blankets synthetic and without bed sheets, sleeping in them was terrible. The bed sheet compartment was locked. We were 3. I had to sleep in a separate room, so I had to use plastic mattress and blanket without a bed sheet. There was not even one bottle of water to drink.

Spacious, clean & modern house just a short walk from kyoto Station! Kids love the huge bathtub .

The location near Kyoto station was perfect. The beds were comfortable.

There are 2 showers but the bathroom has a glass door and so do the showers. Hence, it is not possible for more than 1 person to use the shower at a time. The kitchen lacked any kitchen towels or kitchen paper, garbage bins were not marked for segregating garbage, and there were no scissors provided in the kitchen. Tea and coffee were not provided.

The accommodation was conveniently located within a short walk from Kyoto station. From there all bus and train lines could be accessed. The site was clean and well presented. Street was fairly quiet given ita close proximity to shops and station. Once inside it felt like a haven.

The booking confirmation did state that tea and coffee were provided although we had none for the duration of the stay. Just a small oversight in an otherwise lovely stay.

The hostel is centrally located. The hostel seems newly renovated and is clean.

1. Staff is not helpful. I travel with my family so I book this villa. And just our trip, I have one additional guest. the hostel staff insisted me to contact customer service of booking.com to change the number of guests and only after booking.com updated the number of guest, they will send me the link for paying city tax (200 Yan) and only i pay the tax vis the link, they will send me the check in information. It turns out that I called the customer service of booking.com back and forth for a few time to get the number of guests updated. That was 2 hours before my check-in time. I used 2 hours to fix it when everyone was enjoying a nice walk under the cheery blossoms. If you want flexibility, this hostel may not be your choice. 2. The villa is beautiful. But it was not user friendly. A. The doors of the bathrooms are transparent and they don’t have a curtain. You can see everything from outside through the doors. It turned out that our big group had to line up for using the bathrooms (cannot use the 2 bathroom at the same time). My elderly parents were very unhappy with the glass doors. B. Also, there was no rubbish bin in the toilets. Do you expect me to take my sanitary out from toilet all the way out to throw it in the kitchen or the bathroom rubbish bin? (There are only rubbish bins in kitchen and bathroom.

fantastic location - very close to Kyoto Station modern and for the most part, clean amenities love the tatami rooms

would've been nice if there was a toilet where the bedrooms were - difficult to navigate downstairs in the dark if you have to go to the bathroom The some bedspreads were a bit dirty
