교토역과 가까워서 편리했고, 룸도 깨끗하고 쾌적하게 이용하기 좋았습니다.

It’s well designed and well equipped. It has floor heating, a good kitchen and enough toiletries & towels. The location is ideal for me.

Both shower area have glass door including the door that leads to the wash basins. This means only 1 person can be showering at a time due to the lack of privacy. The shower area does not have hooks to hang the towel or clothes. Hence it’s very inconvenient to leave the shower area to access the clothes. The bed rooms do not have black out curtains. Since the sun rises about 6am, my kids and I are awoken by the bright sun very early in the morning

1) Host was very thoughtful; property was chilled with aircon on so when we entered the property, we feel very very relieved. It was a simple gesture but we appreciate it so much, more so it was a blazingly hot day on a mid-September. 2) Laundry machine are equipped with washing and drying mode. Host also provided detergent and softener. 3) Property is 2 storey with fusion style; modern living on level 1 and washitsu style on level 2. We love how one of the room is prepared - futon mattress spread on the tatami floor, with futon storage closet. 4) Ample parking space just beside the property. 5) Vending machine just beside the property, to quench our thirst on these hot weather. 6) 7mins walk to nearest convenience store. 7) Ample amount of shower towels, face towel, shavers, toothbrush kits and comb provided by host.

Glass door leading to 2 shower area, there is no privacy. People in the house can see clearly who is showering.

the location was sk close to station and the equipment in it was modern

First of all, great location. It's just few minutes walk from Kyoto Station. The place looks well design and cozy. Facilities are nice.
