We had to cancel our trip due to covid, the hotel told us that they would cancel our reservation, and it is on our credit card

This property is barely hanging on. My room was reasonably clean, but very dated and very poorly lighted. There was no extra toilet paper and no soap in the room. When I asked for those at the desk, I was given TP but told that they didn't have soap. DIDN'T HAVE SOAP??? The grocery store was 3 blocks away. Apparently they couldn't make that trip, but I did in 10 minutes. The carpet was wet around the AC unit, which was barely able to keep up with the 90 degree heat. There was a panel in the outside wall that was not secured; basically there was just foam board between me and the parking lot. In a small town with only a few hotel choices, this place comes in a distant last.

it certainly wasn't what I expected. there was an awful smell throughout the building and in the room. the building was under some construction but still an old place. I used Travelocity to book. the price was good but the room wasn't

Only 1 old beat-up car in parking lot. A bunch of people hanging around parking lot who looked like they weren't guests. We drove past and kept going. Would rather forfeit the money. Found another place in town that matched the price for us.

Very quiet clean and comfy. Right across from police dept felt very safe.

Very friendly front desk. Comfortable bed, good shower. Walkable to restaurants.

Requested non smoking room. Room smelled of smoke. This property is a dive. We couldn’t stay. Lost the reservation money. Found a much better place down the road. Do you even check out the hotels you offer.

Glasgow is a small town. This hotel is perfect and the price is affordable. The carpets are new it is extremely clean and out the back door are 24 hour eating options. For an affordable one night stop to get a good night rest this hotel is perfect

We loved the location and walk around town. Old motel but we’ll maintained and clean!

We were traveling late and there were not a lot of options in the middle of nowhere here. I’m glad we chose Campbell Lodge. The staff was super nice, the room was simple but clean. The bed was comfy. Everything was great! I’d choose to stay here again in a heartbeat.
