Scruffy, grubby and staff were unfriendly and surly. The room was tiny and grubby. Felt unsafe there. Bed was uncomfortable. No room to move in the room. The pictures on your website make it look quite nice but our room was horrid. Breakfast was help yourself from the fridge and was OK

I did not like the fact there’s no dining nor microwave provided in room as someone working on the road it’s important to have access to both I’ve not yet received my refund for the xtra night not used it’s been a week

The staff were friendly and helpful. It was very welcome since the weather was so miserable. Since we only stayed one night the Lodge met our needs of room and comfortable beds.
