The rooms were comfortable and clean

I really tried to find some good things to say. They did move us to a better room, though I think they should have let us leave early, but ok. The new room was ok.

The first room we got had an insufferable smell of mold and dampness. I think it's disgusting to any person, but personally I have asthma and simply can't stay in a room like that. We arrived late at night so we didn't have a choice, and told them in the morning we wanted to leave early (we had 2 more nights with them). The manager told me she won't reimburse us and suggested switching rooms. They have a new building with new rooms that didn't have that smell, and so.it was a solution, but I really wanted to just leave and couldn't. - In both rooms the floor feels for some reason oily. It was gross to a point we only walked with slippers on. - In both rooms the view from the window is a wall. - In the new room, the AC was very loud, the toilet water was running non stop, and it's in the middle of a hallway where you can hear every single guest. - The late check in process was confusing and instructions kept changing.
