"Found cockroaches in the bathroom and it took calling corporate for refund…."

Did not try to breakfast

Found cockroaches in the bathroom and was told could not switch rooms because there was none available. Went back and forth about a refund instead. Ended up having to call corporate for a refund. Staff was not helpful at all.

"I would not stay there again"

The hotel is old and outdated. The room did not have a smoke detector. The light covers needed to be replaced. Basic maintenance needs are being neglected. There was a sigm to kerp towels for three days. I only stayed one night. The air conditionder ran so loud. Requesyed to be moved. Breakfast was awful. No variety. The hotel needs an upgrade.

"My stay was decent for what it was worth."

The location was good and I liked that they offered breakfast. The room was a nice size as well.

The bed was NOT comfortable AT ALL. I also would've liked better bed sheets and pillows. The bathroom could've been a little cleaner as well.

"Could’ve been much better but it could’ve been a lot worse"

The property is in a great location & the staff is very friendly

The room wasn’t as clean as I expected it to be. The paint on the walls in the bathroom is peeling, the floors weren’t very clean, the towels in the bathroom were just thrown into their compartments & not folded or stacked neatly. The beds were very comfortable but I did find hairs all over my sheets. The cleanliness of the place isn’t great at all but the staff is friendly & I liked the location.

Staff was Great! Gave me the closest room because of my Disability, and the ice machine was right outside my door. Very friendly and accommodating.

I was satisfied overall, can't think of anything that I didn't like.
