Baymont by Wyndham Kennesaw

It was a cute but not well maintained. Lots of potential!

It was not very clean. We traveled with 3 other families and everyone’s room was missing something from the amenities advertised. The shower curtain was hanging off the wall, the bathroom vent did not work and looked like it had not been cleaned since 1988. There was hair in the bed and on night stands. Lots of stains on the bathroom walls and doors, blue tape over smoke detector, AC didn’t work, switch covers badly broken, coffee was lukewarm warm at breakfast, no elevator.

Breakfast - variety could have been better eg same fruit every day - bananas Room - sheets were disgustingly soiled - looked like stale vomit on the mattress cover. They changed our room to one that was already occupied. Then changed again to one that needed significant repairs - paint primer on walls, badly cracked light switch cover in bathroom and hole in the shower which looked liked the shower curtain had been ripped out and left a hole in the wall that has NOT yet been repaired.

The floor in the room was dirty for the two days i was there and prior to my arrival. The tv in my first room didn't work. The tv in the second room I had to adjust the wire and tv. box to work right. The breakfast was very sparse with 1 muffin , no decaf coffee offered. The door to my room would jam to close and security bar for lock was falling out of door frame. I also had an unexpected parking charge of $10

My family and I stayed here to attend my cousin's wedding. The hotel was good I readid have any problems. It was very affordable and I would stay again.

The location, price and staff were friendly. Our room was big, but the toilet and bath faucet leaked I requested out room to be serviced and the ceramic tile floor mopped. Our towels were, changed, I garbage emptied and the bed was made. The towel set wasn't complete, the floor wasn't even swept yet alone mopped as requested. My wife had a stroke a few months before our holiday so I did request an accessibility room which we did get. The floor was very dirty and the toilet leak smelled of urine and the tub faucet leaked as well.

Friendly Staff

Toilet didn't work, soap, shamppo, conditioner, body wash bottles were all empty, we had to purchase hand soap to use while there, entire room and furniture was very dusty, dirty, the walls need to be painted
