Nice Facility and very noce staff.

Everything was Great the pillow could of been thicker and better food choices but besides that Everything was Great.

I have stayed in this area many times. The is by far the best property around.

A priority for booking is cleanliness and this hit the mark. Room was very clean. Bedding and towels also clean. Comfortable beds and pillows!

We were visiting Birmingham, AL as a getaway from our busy retirement life to attend a major book signing event and to just relax for a few days. We chose Holiday Inn Express because we had stayed with them before in TN and IL. We were very happy with how new and clean everything was. I used the exercise room twice and all the machines were easy to use and well maintained. I am a coffee drinker all day long and love the availability of fresh coffee 24-7. We also opted out of maid service during our stay since we were only there 4 nights. Breakfast was always a little different every day with lots of choices. I noticed from the last time we stayed in a HIE, that they stocked a lower calorie yogurt cup and I really liked that since I am very calorie conscious. Overall, we had a perfect stay for us. We left relaxed and ready to travel back home. As a retired couple that doesn’t travel a lot, we have now put Birmingham, AL on our “quick trip away” list for the future and we will come back to Holiday Inn Express when we visit.

This property is super clean and the staff is very attentive and polite. I’ve had better breakfasts at this facility. Must’ve been an off day. There was plenty to choose from and the coffee, as always, was very good.

Very nice hotel in a great location and area! Super clean with a fantastic breakfast! Beds are extremely comfortable and we are picky!
