Holiday Inn Express & Suites Birmingham - Homewood by IHG

My second time staying here. Clean place. Cant find a thing to complain about. Great water pressure in showers which seems to be rare in hotels of this class. Highly recommended if staying in Bham area and looking for a clean safe place to stay for a night or two or three.

Absolutely amazing!!

Great easy place to stay!

Always nervous booking online because you can't see it physical. Had to take my daughter to Childrens Hospital early in morning so we drove up. Decided to go with this property and I can say made the right choice. Property was real nice. Very clean. The rooms was very clean. Staff was very friendly. Would highly recommend this property and if we have to come back we will stay at this property.

We stayed two nights site seeing in Birmingham . We discover ants on the desk in our snack bag after a days outing . Upon removing the bag from the room we discovered they were all the way around the ceiling and over the bed. We moved to a new room and staff were very helpful. This was not the first time ants had been in this room. We waited for management the next morning to discuss compensation. We paid credit card for room as no points rooms were available. We were only compensated 6000 for a 25000 room. We will not stay here again.

We liked the location for being the exact mid-point between 2 separate events we attended. The property is either relatively new, has been recently renovated or is kept in beautiful condition.

Outstanding stay, close to a lot of shopping and restaurants.

The hotel was in a great locations. I was just there for one night for an event. It was conveniently located to alot of restaurants and shopping which I did not need. We checked in easily and when we entered our room it had a horrible smell. Went to front desk and asked for another room and immediately got another room which had no odors. Would stay here again.
