Temecula Creek Inn

Rooms are newly renovated and the bed was super comfortable. We were here for my daughter’s golf tournament and had a wonderful experience staying here at TCI.

Beautiful grounds, spacious rooms with large tv’s. The ambience in the Cook Fire bar was nice. The hotel was fine for one night. However, the bathrooms need a complete remodel. There was peeling paint on the bathroom door in the bathroom, and the tub was peeling. There was also a little bit of mold around the handrail in the tub. Also, right outside the door to our room there was a hole in the wall, the size of a baseball. The hotel needs a little bit of maintenance.

Adam was absolutely amazing and the views were breathtakingly beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful experience and great service.

The rooms have been beautifully remodeled and the grounds are peaceful, scenic, and perfect for both collaboration and relaxation. A very special thank you to Kelly Dickerson, who supported us from planning through the final session. Her professionalism, warm communication, and attention to detail made every part of our retreat run smoothly. She checked in with us regularly, ensured rooms and spaces were set exactly as needed, and truly made us feel cared for. We also used the conference rooms and catering services, and the food was honestly the best buffet-style dining we’ve had—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every staff member we encountered was kind, helpful, and eager to support our group. We are already discussing returning next year. Highly recommended for team retreats, organizational gatherings, and professional events.

Throughout our stay we saw one or two ants roaming around and didn't think much of it until our last day there, our bathroom was infested with ants coming from the walls and underneath the sink. The walls are super thin so it can get a bit noisy during the day. Besides that, it's beautiful place, the food was delicious, wonderful and friendly hosts!

⸻ I found the property itself to be beautiful and well maintained, but the service left something to be desired. I arrived a bit stressed, already dressed in my suit for a wedding where I would be singing, and hoped for a smooth check-in. The gentleman at the front desk said, “I’d like to check you in early, but your reservation says not to move your room.” After an awkward pause, I asked if he could make an exception so I could get to the wedding at the casino on time. His response was, “I guess so.” He then directed me to walk quite a distance in the hot sun with all my luggage. By the time I reached my room, I was overheated and had to change into a more casual outfit for the wedding, which was disappointing. Later, I learned that he could have arranged for an employee to drive me and my luggage to my room — an option I wish I’d known about. That small courtesy would have made a big difference in my experience that day

I loved this place! It was quiet, had a good view, a wonderful restaurant, and the service was the best I've ever experienced. They texted us and checked on us everyday. If we needed anything, all we had to do is text them and they responded immediately. We will be back!!!

Serene exactly what we needed. Old Town Temecula is filled with fine dining and great atmosphere. The golf course is beautiful and the on site restaurant food was delicious. The staff is attentive and you can travel there with your dog!
