"Convenient, comfortable and quiet, decent food for the morning start for a working on the road"

Location, Applebee's and the breakfast was good. Bed was great. The personnel with I engaged with were all very nice and helpful.

No hair dryer, water in sink seemed low pressure but these things are not going to stop me from staying in the future which is in my plans.

Breakfast was included. Beds were comfortable. The room was clean and inside the hotel was nice.

First staff member seemed unwillingly to help. We got there about 30 minutes before check in. I went in just to see if a room was ready. (Did not demand or expect it to be). She didn't even look up, just rudely replied "probably not." I just didn't like how she spoke to me. The second issue happened during breakfast. This was another staff member issue. The juice wasn't dispensing so I brought it to the attention to the front desk. Again, rudely the woman replied. "I KNOW ITS OUT OF ORDER." Well the solution instead of being rude to a paying guest, would be to put a sign up. The location is awful. Did not like the surrounding area and the outside of the hotel looked very drab. We were not pleased when we pulled up since Hampton Inns are usually nicer than that.
