"This hotel needs to update their facilities and beds. We got there at 8:00 pm on the 8/2/24 and left 8/4/"

The location is great, it’s close to some great restaurants and the people were very nice.

The hotel in general is crapy, they allow pets which makes it hard because while we stayed a dog took a crap in the hotel floor and made the hotel stink Very badly. Also the room next to us had a dog they kept barking the whole time.

"Easy access, friendly staff at check in, I would stay there again."

The breakfast location was split up, but that was okay once you realized where the other section was at. Only one meat selection. Only one egg selection. Waffles and toppings had a lot of the kids there very happy.

Good location for our trip. Requested early check in and received it. I reserved a room online that said it had a pullout bed with a king and when we got in the room no pullout bed. We explained and showed the reservation to the front desk and they changed us to a double queen bed room w/o any issues or extra charges.

Nothing it was filthy hair in bed, dust on everything mold and dust coming from the walls.had to check out as they had nothing else and mutliple other guests checking out due to same issue

"Very disappointed in hotel condition and cleanliness"

This hotel needs updating. Rooms were filthy. We left after seeing the condition of our rooms. We tried getting a refund but were told since we booked through booking.com we couldn't get a refund. I will never stay at a Hampton Inn again or book through Booking.com.
