Very good breakfast, comfortable bed, very clean, courteous staff!

The toilet was set low for my husband, therefore a grab bar would be helpful.

Sheets were clean, soft pillows, comfortable mattress.

The room had a very musty smell. Bed covers were damp with some type of deodorizer spray, seemingly to cover the musty smell. Didn’t appear that room had been recently properly cleaned. Dust around microwave and in bathroom corners, a few hairs on bathroom floor. Need to have at least two regular coffees in room please.

The hotel was extremely clean and was beautiful inside. It was perfect for our over night stay. The staff that checked us was very pleasant and welcoming.

The room was disgusting. The bathroom clearly had not been cleaned thoroughly and I believe the bites I have on my body are from bed bugs.

location, parking and furniture was acceptable

the walls and ceiling in the room and bathroom had previous water damage that was never repaired. The walls and ceiling were were cracked everywhere and literally crumbling onto the floor. The ceiling in the bathroom was was crumbled and collapsed hanging down and missing chunks.
