The room was still dirty from when they cleaned it. I will not stay again

I wish I could post photos so you could truly see the horror we endured. This was by far the nastiest, filthiest place I’ve ever stayed with my family. From the moment we got out of the car, the overpowering stench of weed hit us like a wall. We felt sick just breathing the air. The beds were made, but don’t let that fool you — under the covers were clumps of hair, disgusting stains, and sheets that hadn’t been changed. We had to demand clean linens. The towels? Tiny, stained, and filthy. The walls were streaked with brown grime. The bathroom was appalling — the shower curtain was covered in black filth, the walls looked like they hadn’t been scrubbed in years, and bugs were crawling across the floor. There was used soap left in the tub. We could smell cigarettes seeping through the walls from the next room. The beautiful swimming pool they advertise is a complete lie — empty, cracked, and filthy. My father-in-law chose to sleep in his car because the AC and fridge in his room made noise all night, and there was a leak dripping onto my mother-in-law’s foot from the ceiling. My parents were kicked out before checkout for complaining about the conditions. We couldn’t get a refund, so we had no choice but to survive the night. Honestly, I feel like we should all get tested for diseases after staying here. This place should be shut down. DO NOT STAY HERE — even sleeping in a tent outside would be a cleaner, safer experience.

Need remodel and the pools need to clean and in operation

My room had a bad ceiling leak. Had to lug my stuff to another room and key didnt work... finally got in the new room and your staff walked in on me around 9:30am the next day. Overall horrible experience...

Pool closed and dirty

Carpet tacks sticking out of the worn carpet. Mold in shower. Safety latch loosely attached to door.
