Baymont by Wyndham Orangeburg North

Room was not fully cleaned such as mirrors and the bathroom. No elevators. Pool area is out of order and dirty, in which was not informing customers online when making reservations. The pool looks as if it was closedown for a very long time. Requested a first level room when reserving due to my elderly mother. Was not notified prior to arriving that there were no first level rooms available. Customer service was pleasant but not accommodating as expected. Overall the property would greatly benefit from a renovation overhaul and hiring of more staff personnel. My first and final stay with Baymont. I do not recommend staying there. Thank you.

This place is a dump dirty unkept and falling apart.

The Pillows were too hard and wefound a dirty cloth under our clean towels after we got out of the shower. Mattress was stiff but not too bad. The construction next door was very annoying.

The was an average hotel. The pool was out of order so we could not swim. The breakfast was average by hotels of this price range. I think I would consider another property if I was in this town again.

Shower had black mold. Pool was not functional. The breakfast was barely abreakfast only waffle maker and cereal.

Room was disgusting! Bugs dirty toilet dirty tub! People who look homeless was hanging outside I was very uncomfortable and scared! She did agree to switch my rooms but them rooms was dirty also! I will never go back I’ll never recommend I’ll sleep in my car before I go there again!

Too many guests appear to be living at the hotel.

There was a punched hole in the bathroom door, mold on the shower curtain, the main light switch did not work (I had to go into the dark room to get to a lamp), breakfast choices were poor (and the orange juice tasted like orange flavored water), and overall the property was not clean.

Average. Nothing like it use to be though. Upgrades are needed.

It was ok. The pool is not open. Doesnt even looks like it's been in use
