"No cabana"

The reservation says “cabana”. Upon arriving i was informed this was the name of the building we were staying in and I had to pay 250$ per day for a cabana at the pool. This seems deliberately misleading. I will be following up with the consumer protection agency to get a refund of 250$ per day since my reservation said “cabana”, I did not get a cabana, and the hotel prices them at that price per day.

"This is a fantastic resort with a world-class staff, excellent food, fun and amenities."

The whole resort was excellent, but the highlight for us was the staff. They were excellent across the board. Accommodating, friendly, helpful. Just all around fantastic. And the resort itself was beautiful.

Not much, really. The overall vibe was great the entire time.
