Check in was quick and it was nice that there were free snacks available.

The walls were thin and our neighbors were very loud. We ordered room service and they forgot one of our dishes.. we also woke up in the morning and realized one of the pillows had been moldy and stained. I'm pretty sure I slept on it. It was disgusting. I told the front desk when we checked out and she said they would give us a refund or something but nothing ever happened on my account.

My king bed pillow were not comfortable.,.I think some.soft pillows.needed and also bed seems old and not firm.

So much stores and food chains around the area.

They have a charging area but people that charges their car doesn't moved their car..In order for other guest to vharge they have to let them know to moved out the car.

Clean and comfortable beds. Staffs are very nice!

Breakfast was ok except omelette. I traveled all over the world so it’s kind of hard to say good breakfast to any American hotels. Even staying at Hyatt, it was ok. Best breakfast so far was Japanese and European hotels.
