"Best part of this hotel are the people that work there!"

My recent conference trip to Indy was profoundly and unexpectedly made AMAZING by the people that work at this Westin hotel. Between the time change, long days at the conference and late night meetings made each day exhausting. Everyone that I came in contact with at the Westin were polite and helpful. Particularly, each morning when I would go into the lobby snack shop and get my coffee. Every time greeted by a very friendly uplifting staff! Each morning I looked forward to going to get my coffee and being greeted by the most wonderful people! Kenya, Lori, Mike, Ashley, Jenna and Jenn Thank you! Kenya is extraordinary and with a heart felt conversation while waiting, will brighten every traveler's morning! Cheers to the Westin management team for hiring great people!! Btw... yes the rooms were very clean, very comfortable and every bit of the Westin brand too! Five Stars +

"Front Desk - Mr. Lanang"

Rooms are cosy. Had a great experience checking-in with Mr. Ian. I had to extend my stay due to work. Mr. Lanang at the front desk provided me with such a friendly yet professional experience. He is efficient in what he does. His smile is infectious. Had a little chat with him and discovered he is from the beautiful island of Bali. Rooms may be nice and food delicious but what makes a memorable stay is the staff and the service they provide. Lanang sets a standard for exceptional hotel service. What an mazing stay! Thank you.

"An absolute perfect place to stay while visiting Indianapolis"

Highly recommended when you're staying in Indianapolis. Walking distance to Lucas Oil Stadium and Gainbridge Fieldhouse even when there is 15" of snow. Walking distance to so many amazing restraurants but also worth staying in for Ten Hands inside the hotel. The newly renovated gym is excellent. Lots of room even if there are a few people working out. All the employees were friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Yolan and Lanang for helping me settle in for the week!

"First impression Sales Retreat"

Kenya at the restaurant noticed that I was upset when the cashier forgot my sandwich and they were out. She had manager come out to apologize and offered to customize a sandwich. She was so pleasant.
